These protein-packed snacks help curb sugar cravings and give you an energy boost without the crash. I use a rich chocolate protein powder in mine, but if you’re one of those rare humans who doesn’t love chocolate (I promise I won’t judge), vanilla works too.

Fair warning: they’re seriously addictive. The first time I made them, I ate way too many and ended up with a bit of a bellyache—so pace yourself!

  • 1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup

  • 2/3 cup organic almond butter (peanut butter, sunflower seed or cashew butter)

  • 1 scoop (serving) Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 3 cups organic brown rice cereal (gluten-free)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the honey (or maple syrup), nut butter, and protein powder until smooth and well combined.

  2. Fold in the brown rice cereal until evenly coated.

  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined pan using wax paper.
