What is Naturopathy?

What is a Naturopathic Doctor?

A Naturopathic Doctor has earned a degree in alternative or complimentary methods that do not involve drugs, surgery or any invasive processes. Naturopathic doctors provide safe, natural solutions to  health so you can live a long, full life.  In my naturopathic counseling, I educate and empower  to help find solutions to put your body in balance. Dis-ease means “lack of ease” or lack of homeostasis.  Disease is the manifestation of our bodies trying to correct the imbalances.  Naturopaths look at the root cause of imbalances in the body such as stress, improper diet, unhealthy habits, and environmental factors. Naturopathy focuses on identifying the improper aspects of the lifestyle in the early stages to help prevent the imbalances in the body.  Once the improper aspects of the lifestyle is corrected, the body can naturally correct itself the way God and nature intended.

Naturopathic Doctors DO NOT TREAT, DIAGNOSE OR CURE (in the state of Indiana and the laws vary by state)
