No-Bake Chocolate Energy Bites (So Good, You’ll Forget They’re Healthy!)

They’re gluten-free, naturally sweetened, and packed with fiber, protein, and healthy fats to help balance hormones, curb cravings, and keep you energized all day.


Ingredients: Use organic when possible

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats (I use One Degree Organic for glyphosate-free peace of mind)

  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup almond, peanut butter or sunflower butter

  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseed or hemp seeds

  • 1/3 cup chocolate plant-based protein powder

  • 1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (optional for extra chocolate flavor)


Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined.

  2. Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.

  3. Place on a wax paper-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
