Are you making your health a priority? The two best indicators of where you place priorities are found in your calendar and bank account. So, if you are working towards improving your career, health, or finances, start here.  How much time are you blocking for health activities such as meal planning, shopping, meal prep, or your fun, sweaty activity? And maybe your business or career is not where you would like it. How much time are you devoted to personal improvement, prospecting, marketing, sales, follow-up, or all the other IPA’s (income-producing activities) involved in a career or business?

Let’s talk about health first since that’s my passion and if you are here, it’s probably yours too. So many people complain about paying extra money for high-quality supplements (vs retail pharmacy grade), and nutrition and testing services not covered by insurance. You must value yourself and make both (health and your body) a priority.

I’ve been to clean juice stores where they sell a bottle of organic juice full of nutrients for $10-$12 and people would say “Are you serious…$10 for a juice?!” Plus, I hear women tell me they cannot afford to purchase organic food for their families because it’s too expensive. However, go sit in a bar or restaurant and no one bats an eye to pay $10-$15 for alcohol or an appetizer. And what about all the money everyone is spending at Chick-Fil-A! Yikes, I may have struck a nerve here. I don’t care how efficient they are. It’s the same unhealthy food you would get at any fast-food restaurant.

People will drop hundreds per month on lattes or cell phones, yet not want to spend $50 on a gym membership, or a few hundred on therapy or a coaching program.  The only Coach they may spend a few hundred dollars for would be the handbag. Ladies, what about the hair color, nails, and gosh knows what else we spend money on that doesn’t improve our health. I’m hitting below the belt now but how much is one salon appointment to color your hair? I’m guessing $150 or more, and some are doing this every 6 weeks? But again, discuss health testing that costs $300-$600 that we will do annually at most, and we have to think or pray about it??!! Now, I agree with praying but I’m guessing most women are not praying about their salon appointments!

These are all great examples of how most of our society views investing in their health. And then wonder why they don’t feel good or are not achieving their goals.

And what about our precious time that we are lacking? People spend hours scrolling on their phones or watching Netflix and but don’t have enough time to read, journal, meditate or go for a walk. The benefits of reading for even 30 minutes per day include improved brain health, better sleep, overall health, balanced emotions, and stress reduction. The average person spends 3 hours per day on social media.

Our actions show where our priorities are, not our thoughts and ideas.

If you’re having a difficult time making changes to your health, happiness, relationships, business, take a look at what you’re investing in. Not just investing with your money, but your energy, time, and/or attention.

The more you give to yourself, the more you’ll get back. You deserve to have everything you desire and nobody else is going to give it to you but YOU.

5 Tips To Move the Scale

Here are my Top 5 Tips To Move the Scale. At some point on your journey, you just say ENOUGH! The definition of insanity is doing the same thing (eating, moving, drinking) and expecting different results. So, I did some things differently to help shift the scale. I got some help and I learned what wasn’t working.

I’m happy to say that I’m a loser. I lost four pounds in 14 days. So, what did I do and what did I learn?

I’ll share first what I learned and then what I did.

1. I learned that I was snacking way too often and used it as an excuse that I was grazing. I was really eating out of boredom, stress or avoiding some hard things that I must do being a business owner. As much as I love what I do, there are still the hard things.

2. Snacking and having sweets after supper. Once I stopped eating after supper, (I used the no eating after 6:30 pm rule), I felt better and slept better. To help, I brushed my teeth right after supper to help avoid temptation.

3. I needed to move my body every day instead of 3-4 times per week. I didn’t do anything extreme or high intensity, just walking, Pure Barre, and light weights. It’s always fun to get a friend involved to keep me motivated.

4. I made my mind up to just do it. I didn’t make excuses and I set expectations. I told my husband there would be no dining out during the 14 days. The man lives to go out on Saturday evenings, but he was a great support.

5. I ate until I was satisfied instead of until I was full. When you reach fullness, you’ve most likely eaten too much.

So, what did I do to lose the weight? Well, honestly, I used a lot of products because I was utilizing all the tools I had. I was pulling out all the stops!

First, I eliminated all dairy, gluten, eggs, starches, and nightshades along with processed foods and of course the ultimate evil, sugar! Note, this was only for fourteen days. However, I highly recommend staying away from gluten, sugar, and dairy on a consistent basis which is what I have done for years. Although sugar enters in and out of my diet occasionally.

I made simple meal combinations of grilled organic chicken with vegetables, protein shakes each morning with greens, green powder, and small amounts of fruit. And of course, salads! I had all veggie salads, salads with chicken, and fish tacos on gluten-free wraps.

Top 10 Ways to Prevent Colds and Flu

Sick childColds, flu, and sinus infections are now part of history for our family. For me, it has been over 20 years since I’ve experienced any of these unpleasant symptoms. Some of the benefits of less sick time include more quality time with my family, productive time in my business, hundreds of dollars saved in toxic over-the-counter and prescription medications, and much less misery in general!

Obviously, there are no guarantees but these are things that have worked for me, my clients, and many others who have experienced the same benefits.

I don’t buy into the germ theory as I’m around sick people quite often. And, if this theory were true, then why is it I no longer get sick as I did for the first forty-plus (unhealthy) years of my life? I can tell you it is not because I’m getting a flu vaccine or any other “preventative” vaccine. I’ve learned to put the right (whole, clean) foods in and let my body do the rest! And, I thank God for creating such amazing work in us that this process can and does happen. Can I get an amen?! So here is my top 10:

  1. Eat predominantly organic and non-genetically engineered foods to eliminate toxic pesticides and herbicides. Not sure you understand the dangers of genetically engineered foods? Watch Genetic Roulette.
  2. Eliminate or greatly reduce dairy and gluten. Both are extremely difficult for most people to digest, highly inflammatory, and therefore, can stress the immune system.
  3. Replace toxic personal care and household cleaning products with natural, safe, non-toxic versions. This includes products such as antibacterial soap, hand sanitizers, toothpaste, mouthwash, laundry detergent, and cleaners. Note that antibacterial soaps and hand sanitizers contain highly toxic chemicals and destroy the good bacteria that we need. Regarding personal care, which includes cosmetics, shampoo, deodorant, etc, consider switching to a more natural version.
  4. Reduce dining out and become a vegetarian when you do. Animal products are loaded with antibiotics, hormones, and genetically engineered chemicals.  Unless you can locate a restaurant that serves grass-fed meats (highly unlikely in the tristate), become a temporary vegetarian!
  5. Reduce sugar and sodium! Read ingredient labels on food as they are in everything from ketchup, pasta sauces, soup, and more. Even organic foods can be loaded with sodium and sugar. Picture of processed foods and level of sugar in each
  6. Grow your own food. Vine-ripened produce grown organically provides the highest nutrient values possible. Produce that has been picked green and sat in a store for a week, can lose up to 50% of its nutrient values. Find a local farmers market or CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) in your area.
  7. Eat more plants than animals. Plant-based foods are naturally anti-inflammatory, alkaline, and contain antioxidants and fiber.  Animals do not meet this criterion which is a key to health and easing digestion.
  8. Use a plant-based whole food superfood powder to fill the gap between what you are and aren’t able to eat every day. Getting the recommended servings of organically grown, vine-ripened, fruits, vegetables, and berries a day is almost impossible for most of us. And even if you do, our food is low in critical minerals. I use an ancient sea minerals powder that is simple (mix with water) and tastes delicious.
  9. Take a plant-based digestive enzyme with each meal especially if you are over forty years of age. Most of us have consumed enough processed food, alcohol, and medications to reduce our natural production of enzymes.
  10. Reduce or eliminate alcohol, caffeinated coffee, soft drinks, and drink filtered water instead. A better filter system is reverse osmosis.  A great company is Aquasana for under the sink or whole home. We’ve purchased both.

So, I know many of you may be thinking that this sounds expensive, hard, or just plain not fun. In my opinion, what is hard, expensive, and not fun would be having triple bypass surgery, being diagnosed with cancer, put on a respirator, or leaving a void in my family.  You have to value your health and life first and then the rest is easy. Health Issues from Drinking Milk

Are there health issues from drinking milk? Cow’s milk specifically.  Contrary to the billions of dollars the dairy industry paying actors and models drinking cow’s milk, it doesn’t do a body good. Here are just a few reasons why cow’s milk may not be a good option for our families and why you might want to take a closer look if it’s used by your family.

1. Growth Hormones

Hormones such as rBGH and rBST are genetically engineered hormones that are injected into cows to make them produce more milk. This causes problems in the milk and stimulates the production of the AGF-1 hormone. IGF-1 promotes cell division, which can lead to cancer. Consider teenage girls and how quickly they are developing physically today compared to years ago. Growth hormones can also escalate the age at which a girl starts her menstrual cycle. Starting menstrual cycles early is linked to increased rates of breast cancer. Look at this article from BeatCancer.org, where dairy is listed in the top five cancer contributing foods.

2. Antibiotics

Think of all the yogurt people are eating to add good bacteria to the body. Next, think of all the antibiotics that kill good bacteria that they are injecting into cows that are used to create it. According to Green America, 80% of all antibiotics used are used in livestock. What happens to humans that constantly take antibiotics? It typically destroys the gut thus the immune system.

3. Grain Fed

Most cows are grain-fed. What happens when cows eat grain and corn? It makes them fat. What happens when we eat cows that eat grain? You get the picture. Most importantly, cows are herbivores. That means they should be eating GREENS. Greens provide the meat/milk with good bacterial and vital nutrients such as Vitamin A, D, and K2. Grass-fed cows will not produce the toxic and dangerous mad cow’s disease. Also, the grain that the cows consume is genetically modified.

4. Pasteurization

Clean, raw milk provides beneficial bacteria. Pasteurization destroys good bacteria. It also denatures the structure of the milk proteins and fat into something that is less than healthy.

5. Lactose Intolerance and Digestibility

Most people lack the enzyme lactase that supports the body in breaking down milk sugar. The second highest good cause of allergies in the body behind peanuts is cow’s milk. Milk protein can contain up to 25 various allergens causing moderate to severe symptoms.

What about Organic or Raw Milk?

Organic milk of obviously better than conventional. However, even though the milking cows may be antibiotic or growth hormone-free, they are still typically not grass-fed or free-range. The quality of the milking cow’s life and the variety of grasses it’s able to graze is key in the nutritional value (or lack thereof) of the product.

Also, many organic milk brands are simply “farmer pledged” as organic as opposed to being tested and certified organic so read your labels and know your brands.

Dairy is also a highly inflammatory food that can create pain, inflammation, and mucous. Being an acidic food, it can disrupt the pH in the body which impacts homeostasis and digestion.

We also see a dramatic reduction in ear infections when a parent removes dairy from a child’s diet.

Don’t we need all the calcium milk provides?

Plant foods have as much if not more calcium as you get in milk. Plus, plant foods contain the proper ratios of magnesium and calcium. Cow’s milk does not contain the magnesium and calcium ratio necessary for optimal absorption. One example, chia seeds contain 600 mg of calcium in 2 ounces. Milk contains 300 mg in one cup.

Safer options for cow’s milk are organic sources of plant-based milk such as almond, rice, non-GMO soy, hemp, or coconut milk. Finding sources of clean, raw cow’s milk is a better option than pasteurized but raw goat’s milk is actually better due to the digestibility. Goat’s milk has been suggested as the best alternative to breast milk in cases where breastfeeding is not an option.

My challenge to you is to remove conventional dairy products from your diet for one week then share with me the difference in how you feel.  I experienced a dramatic reduction in allergies, congestion, reduced pain, and much-improved digestion (less gas, bloating).

12 Natural Solutions for Allergies and Asthma

I suffered from severe seasonal allergies and asthma for years.  My symptoms ranged from annoying to debilitating at times.  I had itchy eyes, a runny nose, and a fogged brain.  I was just plain miserable!  Sound familiar?  I went the conventional treatment route, but the side effects were as bad if not worse than the side effects of allergies/asthma.

As of today, I have not used a conventional allergy medication or my inhaler for 15 plus years! How did I do it?  It may be hard to believe, but I simply eliminated the foods in my diet that created inflammation and supported my immune system.  The most important time to start is LONG before allergy season begins.  Depending on where you live, seasons may vary, but it is typically March-April and again in the fall.

Here are the top 12 strategies that have worked for clients.

1. Switched from drinking cow’s milk to almond or other plant-based milk.  I use certified organic and non-GMO sources.  Greatly reduced or eliminated other sources of dairy such as cheese, cottage cheese, and yogurt.  I made those “sometimes foods” instead of consuming them daily.  Dairy products (lactose) do not break down well, for most, and create mucus in the body.

2. Used Alcat food sensitivity testing to determine what foods, herbs, and chemicals created inflammation.  Even healthy foods, for me, were creating inflammation like lemons, avocados, coconut, and turkey.

3. Once I learned that I had a mild intolerance to gluten, I switched to eliminating or using gluten-free organic grains. In many people, gluten sets the immune system into action and causes inflammation. Grains that contain gluten are wheat, rye, spelt, and barley. Gluten-free grain options are quinoa, rice, millet, and buckwheat. Also note that wheat and rice are two grains that are highly sprayed with glyphosate, a herbicide in Roundup, that has been linked to numerous health conditions including allergies.

4. Don’t just eat your greens, drink them! I drink a green drink almost every morning.  Organic greens, fruits, and vegetables in raw form are natural anti-inflammatory foods and gentle detox. In addition to tasting delicious, this drink supports your immune system by adding much-needed antioxidants to your cells.

10. Eliminate chemical or perfumed cleaners, dryer sheets, detergents, soaps, and shampoos.  Consider making your own detergents and choose personal care products that are free of chemicals that aggravate your skin and cause inflammation. I clean with simple products like baking soda and/or vinegar.

One outstanding laundry detergent is Norwex. Not only is this product safe but it is the best at getting out tough stains. I was able to get ink stains off my husband’s brand new polo shirt after running it through the dryer!

11. Drink plenty of purified or reverse osmosis water to support the detox process. A Covid Catastrophe

Is this a Covid Catastrophe? I implore you to watch the following science-based – non-opinion videos regardless of how you feel about vaccines. I think we can all agree that this pandemic (so-called) has caused all of us to think more seriously about our immune health, how quickly this vaccine for Covid-19 was rolled out, and what effects it may have on us both now and in the future.

I’ve watched and listened to so many perspectives on Covid. However, the interview I watched yesterday was so eye-opening and riveting that I felt called to share it exclusively. The interviewer is Dr. Philip McMillion and the interviewee is Geert Vanden Bossche PhD, DMV.

Geert Vanden Bossche is a Virologist from Belgium who specializes in mass vaccination programs. He is an expert in vaccine design. His entire career has been spent developing and working with vaccines. He’s even worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. What he is NOT is an anti-vaxer. This man/scientist is a true hero and needs our prayers. He has put his whole life’s work and reputation on the line by sending formal letters with the information in these videos to WHO, and all other organizations of influence.

In this agonizing letter I put all my reputation and credibility at stake. I expect from you, guardians of mankind at least the same. It is of utmost urgency. Do open the debate. By all means: turn the tide!

I’m going to highlight a few points but not too much as this is too important for you not to watch it yourself. Promise me you will turn off the television and your phone, grab a loved one and watch it together.

Here are a few of my key points and takeaways. However, please watch Del’s interpretation.

  • Young people (children, college students) and healthy people need to be out and exposed to Covid-19 and all viruses to boost their natural immunity. They have natural protection by God’s design.
  • Yes, the compromised and immune-suppressed need to protect themselves by isolating. Our older population has a less effective immune system.
  • Is this the right weapon (vaccine) for the Covid-19 war? Geert’s answer is no.
  • These vaccines are not designed to stop infections and transmission. We are teaching this virus how to get around the vaccine.
  • You can’t use this type of vaccine once we are at war.

Sufficient scientific evidence has been brought to the table. Unfortunately, it remains untouched by those who have the power to act. How long can on ignore the problem when there is at present massive evidence that viral immune escape is now threatening humanity? We can hardly say we didn’t know – or were not warned.

What we know.

The virus mutates in 10 hours. There are many various strains and will continue to be. Healthy people need not be concerned about this.

The virus replicates in the body and our own NK cells will destroy it. This is what the vaccine can’t do. Vaccines are only creating the antibodies, which is the clean-up crew for what is left after the NK cells finish. It’s like sending the mall security guards in where the SWAT team should be coming in first. God created an immune system that makes any vaccine pale in comparison.

The vaccine is also creating specific antibodies that will dominate instead of the nonspecific that should dominate. What about future viruses that are not specific to this? How will we fight those? Del has a great football visual for this.

As a dedicated virologist and vaccine expert, I only make an exception when health authorities allow vaccines to be administered in ways that threaten public health, most certainly when scientific evidence is being ignored. The present extremely critical situation forces me to spread this emergency call. As the unprecedented extent of human interention in the Covid-19 pandemic is now at risk of resulting in a global catastrophe without equal, this call cannot sound loudly and strongly enough.

What can you do?

First, watch the video. I promise you I wouldn’t ask for your precious time if it weren’t of critical importance.

Second, pray for our country and the world. Pray that our government and officials will set aside their pride and financial interests to acknowledge this is not the right path and halt the promotion of mass vaccination.

Finally, please share this email and information with everyone you know. Even if they’ve already had the vaccine. It’s not about scaring people or making them feel bad but to help everyone understand this information. They may need to take additional measures to support their immune system.

How to Manage Menopause — First, what is Menopause? Menopause is a natural process as a woman ages. It is when she has not had a period for 12 consecutive months. Perimenopause is defined as the year prior to menopause.

Some women proceed through menopause without effort and others may experience the uncomfortable side effects of it. Menopause happens gradually and may take up to 10 years to occur. The time leading up to menopause is called peri-menopause and occurs between 45-55 years. Peri-menopause is when progesterone levels decline significantly.  Estrogen levels can change as well but are typically not as great as progesterone.  The imbalance of estrogen to progesterone levels can lead to increased estrogen in relation to progesterone which is called estrogen dominance.

Should you get the Covid Vaccine or will you get the Covid vaccine seems to be the hottest question and topic for debate for the times and reasonably so. When making a serious decision for your health, this is a serious decision. Many people don’t know where to start or how to gather the needed information to make an educated and life-changing decision for their family.

The one thing everyone should do is do their own due diligence and not trust anyone with blind faith.  I spent the last few weeks collecting this information to help you to do the same. You can utilize this process when researching any pharmaceutical. Do your due diligence before you put anything in or on your body.

I hear this often; I’d die for my child.

So…If you would die for your family/child/spouse, won’t you research for them?!

 

Where to find the information to make the best decision?

Conducting research is not as hard as you think but takes a bit of time. Many Americans have become a bit too trusting or maybe in denial that a negative outcome could come from something the government released. Again a reminder that the vaccines were authorized (not approved) without long-term testing and using ingredients never before used on humans.

If you haven’t figured it out yet, the media is NOT a good source of information. Unfortunately, many people trust the media to provide truthful reporting and data but that’s not happening. Remember the media is funded on sensationalism and to support or promote agendas and organizations that increase their bottom line. After spending 28 years in sales and marketing plus working with and for a media company, I can speak to this from experience.

Things to Consider

Wikipedia is NOT a reliable source for any info. I learned that in college 20 years ago. You can greatly improve your emotional health by eliminating mainstream news and social media altogether. And if you only follow one news outlet, you are only seeing one side of the story. This is your health and your life. Take the time to get the answers you need to make this crucial decision from reliable sources.

Also, consider your doctor was trained primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. The pharmaceutical industry spends more money marketing to doctors than it does on research and development. In a 2017 report, 50% of doctors received gifts and money for prescribing and recommending drugs/vaccines. The pharmaceutical and device industry in 2015 paid about $2.4 billion to almost 450,000 out of more than 933,000 doctors, the researchers found.

Consider sources such as the National Library of Medicine. It comprises 32 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books.

How to Determine Vaccine Safety and Efficacy

There is a simple four-step process that you can use in researching any pharmaceutical. You don’t need a degree just a little common sense and care enough about yourself and your family to spend the time and energy to learn.

Step 1 Research the virus numbers.

Look at the numbers, look at deaths, and compare to previous years with other viruses. Again note, that comparing to another flu is challenging as the people testing is at a record high so the cases will be escalated as well. We all know people who tested positive and had no symptoms or extremely minor ones.  John Hopkins has data as well as the CDC.  If the numbers for Covid19 are the same or less than the previous year’s flu numbers, how does that constitute a crisis? Have more people tested with this than with other viruses? The answer is yes. More testing equals more positive results. Most people have never tested with previous flu strains because they have not been so heavily promoted or accessible. Logically, why would you test as there isn’t anything a doctor can do. I understand wanting to know if you have a virus to determine if you choose to quarantine. For most people, you allow the body to fight the illness, take your supplements, eat whole clean food and allow nature to take it’s course. Your body will heal as God created it to do so.

According to Johns Hopkins University’s real-time tracker. In the US, nearly 7 million cases have been confirmed, and 202,000 people have died. (9/24/20) That’s 2.8% of the population.

Ask yourself how many people do I personally know have had Covid19? Out of all those people, how many are still alive? In my case, all of them and I know a lot that had Covid this year.

Inconsistent Data and Unreliable or Unqualified Sources

Ask where is the information on virus or disease is coming from and second does the person or organization directly benefit from the situation? If the virus is that deadly, why would we not collaborate with top virologists, physicians, and scientists from all over the world? It seems to be most of the decisions are coming from one physician and a tech guy. Historically, I’ve never taken our children to the computer store when they were sick. The info released would be compared to a tennis match. It’s gone from one extreme to the other. In their defense, I understand they didn’t know and this seemed like an unprecedented situation. But why such extreme swings?

At first, masks won’t help, next, you must wear a mask and now you should wear multiples? Dr. Fauci contributed to a paper in 2008 on the Spanish flu of 1918 and correlated deaths. Causes of deaths were noted as due to bacterial respiratory infections (BRI)  (caused by mask-wearing), not the flu. According to Dr. Eric Nepute, a primary care provider, he is seeing much higher levels of bacterial respiratory infections from wearing masks. I personally know two students who ended up hospitalized from BRI from wearing masks.

To address the second part of the question, which parties benefit most from a vaccine, who donates the most money, etc. Sadly, there is a money trail, which takes precedence over human lives. I have nothing to gain if you take the vaccine or don’t. However, God gives the gifts of intelligence, discernment, and common sense. If I feel strongly called to share, I have to do just that and speak the truth that is in my heart.

What’s the difference between the Covid19 vs. previous vaccines

Most vaccines place a weakened or inactivated virus into our bodies that imitate an infection and allow our bodies to trigger an immune response. The COVID-19 vaccine, however, uses mRNA, which does not contain inactivated disease-causing organisms. Instead, an mRNA vaccine teaches our cells how to make a protein that triggers an immune response inside our bodies. That immune response produces antibodies, which is what should protect us from getting infected if the real virus enters our bodies.

However, they are telling people who get the virus, to keep wearing a mask and social distance. So what’s the point?

Step 2 Research the Ingredients

Previous to the CV19 injection, most vaccines contain aluminum, thermisol/mercury, Polysorbate 80, and aborted fetal cells.

How do the injections or vaccines work?

The Moderna vaccine relies upon a spike protein from SARS-CoV-2 to induce the production of antibodies in the recipient, instead of a weakened version of the disease. The Vaccine is not really a vaccine. Why? Because it doesn’t deliver a live virus, it delivers messenger RNA.

COVID-19 mRNA vaccines give instructions for our cells to make what is called the “spike protein.” The spike protein is found on the surface of the virus that causes COVID-19. Once the instructions (mRNA) are inside the immune cells, the cells use them to make the protein piece. After the protein piece is made, the cell breaks down the instructions and gets rid of them.

Next, the cell displays the protein piece on its surface. Our immune systems recognize that the protein doesn’t belong there and begin building an immune response and making antibodies, like what happens in natural infection against COVID-19

Available Covid Vaccines as of 2/23/2021

Before we cover the options, it’s crucial to note that the two vaccines that have been released are NOT FDA approved and it states this on the fact sheet for both Moderna and Pfizer. It has been authorized for emergency use.

AstraZeneca is developing a vaccine that is currently still in the trial phase. It contains genetically modified human kidneys and chimpanzee adenovirus. My priority would be to determine if the kidneys were from aborted fetal cells.

Moderna Vaccine

The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine contains the following ingredients: messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA), lipids (SM-102, polyethylene glycol [PEG] 2000 dimyristoyl glycerol [DMG], cholesterol, and 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine [DSPC]), tromethamine, tromethamine hydrochloride, acetic acid, sodium acetate, and sucrose.

I’ll review a few of the main ingredients of the Moderna Vaccine as both Pfizer and Moderna are similar.

The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine is an unapproved vaccine that may prevent COVID-19. There is no FDA-approved vaccine to prevent COVID-19.

mRNA (the ingredient listed first is what the product is primarily comprised of). Messenger RNA is a new technology studied for years but never approved. The CDC tells us mRNA never enters the nucleus of the cell, which is where our DNA (genetic material) resides. However, without long-term studies, it doesn’t seem feasible to make this statement.

According to UNMC (University of Nebraska Medical Center): When it comes to the COVID-19 vaccines currently approved for emergency use, neither the Pfizer nor Moderna vaccines used fetal cell lines during the development or production phases. (So, no fetal cell lines were used to manufacture the vaccine, and they are not inside the injection you receive from your doctor.) However, both companies used the fetal cell line HEK 293 in the confirmation phase to ensure the vaccines work. All HEK 293 cells are descended from tissue taken from a 1973 elective abortion that took place in the Netherlands. None of the COVID-19 vaccines in development use fetal cells taken from recent abortions.

According to Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, protein in the vaccine cross-reacted to 27 different tissues including the lining of the mitochondria. The mitochondrion is where the body makes energy. What people are experiencing after the injection is extreme fatigue.

PEG Polyethylene Glycol is a compound derived from petroleum. PEG has never been used before in an approved vaccine, but it is found in many drugs that have occasionally triggered anaphylaxis—a potentially life-threatening reaction. Anaphylaxis reaction may take 30 minutes after, so how safe are these drive-through injection sites?

Tromethamine Typically, Tromethamine is a synthetic skin care and cosmetic ingredient that is used as a pH adjuster and a fragrance ingredient. According to EWG’s Skin Deep Cosmetic Database, tromethamine is considered to be a low-hazard ingredient in external use. The Database does note concerns regarding neurotoxicity and organ system toxicity, which are derived from animal studies that demonstrated brain and nervous system effects at moderate doses.

Side effects noted are acute respiratory failure caused by fluid buildup in your lungs. The fluid prevents your lungs from filling with oxygen. Your blood is not able to get the oxygen it needs to carry to your body. Organs such as your kidneys can shut down from a lack of oxygen. ARDS is life-threatening and immediate treatment is needed.

Each pharmaceutical company’s vaccine has unique ingredients and these are only a few. Learn which one is available in your area if you are considering it and do your own research.

Step 3 Research the Side Effects of those who have taken the vaccine

Make sure to utilize the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. This is an online site where medical professionals record vaccine reactions. What we don’t know is if ALL healthcare professionals are reporting the data.

At least 271 people have died after being vaccinated for COVID-19 as of January 22, 2021, according to U.S. government data. The deaths were reported to VAERS, the vaccine injury tracking system for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

A total of 9,845 adverse events possibly linked to the COVID-19 vaccines made by Pfizer and Moderna have been recorded by VAERS so far, although the actual number of cases is likely far higher. The VAERS data is updated every Friday.

NOTE: The UK was seeing so many negative side effects with 2nd injection; they pushed it to 12 weeks. Here in the US, they inject 30 days apart.

Step 4 What are your risk factors?

Those at higher risks are people with COPD, cancer, heart failure, smokers, obesity, and Type 2 Diabetics. Ask yourself, do I or my family have these? Note that people with these conditions have survived Covid.  Remember, these conditions can be controlled (80%) by lifestyle factors. So what can you do or how do you make these changes? Read my Top 10 Ways to Take Control of Your Health in Part 2. I’ve not taken an over-the-counter or prescription medication in 20 years.

The first volunteer received the Moderna vaccine on July 20, 2020. They stated that they will continue to monitor the initial volunteers for one year. That means if you are getting the vaccine today then you are part of the testing pool.

What’s truly the pandemic? 

When you look at Covid death rates, they are all lower than these issues.

Heart Disease 655,000 Americans die from heart disease each year and 600,000 from cancer

Abortions in 2018: 614,000

Human Trafficking (primarily children and women) 600-800,000 per year

The U.S. has reported 28,259,987 cases (people with the virus) and 502,594 deaths. That’s .017%. Why hasn’t a vaccine been considered for cancer? Sick-care is a lucrative for-profit industry at $511 billion in 2019.

Conclusion

You have a 97-98% chance of survival from Covid19. What are your survival chances with this vaccine where the long-term side effects are unknown? Why focus on the 2-3% impact instead of the 98% survival rate? Most people experience uncomfortable flu symptoms, not lifetime health issues. Some of the side effects people are experiencing from the vaccine aren’t even on here such as convulsions and debilitating tremors which occurred in a woman from my hometown in Indiana. Her name is Shawn Skelton and it’s disturbing to see the media and medical community turn their heads to this atrocity.

Why are people being de-platformed or banned from social sites for having a difference of opinion or sharing their vaccine reactions including tremors and convulsions stating that they are not accurate? What do they have to hide by silencing those who are speaking the truth? People are trying to warn and protect us but they are being silenced.

The best ammunition humans have is their God-given ability to discern the truth. God knows your entire story from beginning to end and it’s all planned. So how do you want to finish it? We can spend time with friends and family or we can live in fear and isolation. Our hearts know the truth. The truth is discriminating between good and evil. It’s an act of discernment. The truth isn’t the truth because the majority accepts it. Discernment prevents overreaction and leads to wise decision-making.

I discovered 10 ways to maintain your weight without dieting and want to share them with you. First, I want to share what doesn’t work.

Why Diets Are Not Sustainable

Have you tried every diet on the planet including counting calories, and points and even eliminating entire food groups?! Some may have worked temporarily but none of these are healthy or sustainable. In your quest to lose weight, please don’t starve yourself, limit your food choices, or ingest synthetic foods. We know these techniques do not work long-term. 

What Does Work

I’ve maintained my optimal weight for the past 15 years. This, by the way, is the same as my high-school weight, which isn’t bad for a woman 50++ years young! It wasn’t until I stopped the insanity of dieting and started eating whole clean food did I get results.

We all know there is no “one size fits all” in weight loss which is why we recommend nutritional testing. If you’ve attempted these strategies or just want to expedite the weight-loss process, give us a call. We’d love to help you begin a journey to wellness. 

Obviously, weight loss shouldn’t be exclusively focused on how you look and feel. Consider longevity or quality of life with your spouse, children, and grandchildren. The long-term goal may motivate you longer than the short-term one. Putting quality foods in your body says you love and respect the temple God gave to you. Here are my 10 Simple Steps to Weight-Loss Success

  1. Eat clean or organic foods as much as possible.  Grow your own and/or buy from farmers who don’t use chemicals. Purchase certified organically grown in the U.S. We are not necessarily overweight so much as we are over toxic because our bodies are inundated with chemicals within the processed foods we eat.
  2. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and greens. This is one food group that is critically deficient in the diet. This group is also the only one that contains fiber and antioxidants. Animal products don’t. Also, fruits, veggies, and greens digest much easier than meat or dairy products.Vegetables
  3. Add essential fatty acid (EFA) foods to your diet. EFA foods include wild salmon, avocados, chia, hemp or flaxseed, walnuts, coconut oil, or extra virgin olive oil (preferably that has not been heated). EFAs are crucial for hormone regulation and brain function as well as other important bodily processes.   4. Eat fewer animal products, especially dairy. When you fill-up on plant foods, you naturally eat less animal food. Again, the downside of animal protein is that it is difficult to digest which causes the body stress. It is also inflammatory, and if not eaten organically, it is laden with hormones, genetically modified feed, and antibiotics.
  5. Start your morning with 6-8 ounces of purified water. Most people are critically dehydrated and are being counter-productive by consuming beverages that dehydrate, such as sodas, coffee, and alcohol. Continue drinking water all day, replacing all other beverages. Water is the best detox and energizer available. 
  6. Sleep 7-9 hours per night and be in bed by 10 p.m. Your body repairs and rebuilds between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. so it is essential to be asleep during this time frame.  Be sure to remove all technology (cell phones, computers/tablets) from your bedroom to eliminate stimulation from electromagnetic radiation.  Also, avoid “electronic insomnia” by powering down your cell or tablet at least 60 minutes before bedtime. Obtaining adequate sleep reduces your body’s need for external sources of energy that can cause us to overeat. 
  7. Engage in fun, sweaty activities daily. Do something you enjoy and that gets you moving, like dance, yoga, tennis, walking, etc. Even moving 10-15 minutes is beneficial.  You don’t have to buy a gym membership since walking outdoors is great therapy.  I own a rebounder, Max Trainer, and a Chi Machine which give me a way to get in my exercise when inclement weather or time constraints prohibit the activity.
  8. Get the white out of your diet. Greatly reduce or eliminate white foods such as pasta, rice, bread, or potatoes. Pasta and bread are not nutritionally dense, and they contain gluten. Even gluten-free pasta typically consists of low-quality filler ingredients. Quinoa is a more nutrient-dense grain/seed as well as a complete protein.  Consider using it in place of gluten-free or traditional pasta noodles.
  9. Get the gluten out. Many people feel that gluten-free diets are a fad. However, many people are gluten intolerant and have no idea. You can use nutritional testing to determine if you are intolerant and/or perform a simple elimination test for two weeks by going gluten-free.  When added back into the diet, most people who are intolerant will experience a multitude of symptoms such as headaches, bloating, gas, increased inflammation, or other digestion issues.
  10. Monitor your portions. You do not need to count calories or points, just learn to eat to satisfaction instead of to a feeling of fullness. If you eat until you are full, typically, you’ve eaten too much. Americans underestimate the number of poor-quality foods they consume and overestimate the amounts of fruits, vegetables, and greens. Keep half of your intake of each meal from plants.

What are the Signs of Adrenal Fatigue?

What are the signs of adrenal fatigue and what can you do? Take the quiz and find out. Learn if you are just tired or if you truly may have adrenal fatigue.

I was in Phase 3 adrenal fatigue a few years ago and it was debilitating. I ignored most of the symptoms because it creeps in overtime to the point where you don’t even recognize how bad you really feel. Phase 3 is an advanced phase and can be dangerous if ignored. I would break down and cry for no reason, leaving work daily by 2 pm as I could no longer function mentally or physically.  The thought of making the bed or taking a shower could feel overwhelming and exhausting. 

Conventional medicine uses the term adrenal insufficiency and WebMD explains it here. Holistic medicine uses the term adrenal fatigue. Whatever label you use, it can be serious and you need to seek professional help. When the body isn’t producing sufficient amounts of cortisol and aldosterone, that creates the symptoms of adrenal insufficiency or adrenal fatigue. The condition is usually put in one of three categories under different names. To simplify, the labels (one, two, or three) are referring to mild, moderate, and/or severe conditions. I was in a severe category.

With any chronic health issue, you should always seek the help of a professional to test your cortisol, hormones, and neurotransmitters. Adrenal fatigue must be approached from an emotional perspective first as habits need to change. Adrenal fatigue seems to be predominant with more driven, control junkies or people pleasers. It is very common in caretakers which could be a special-needs child or an elderly parent. 

Care options

Conventional medicine only uses steroids to treat adrenal insufficiency.  The holistic community uses whole clean foods, detox, stress management, and supplementation. I’ve outlined the program that worked for me as steroids were not an option for me.  However, each of us is unique so seek the help of a qualified professional. It is highly beneficial to seek the help of someone who has experienced it.
