So next time you’re in the mood for a dip, remember it doesn’t have to weigh you down. Snack happy and healthy with this creamy cashew creation!

Cashews

These little nuts are packed with heart-healthy fats, protein, and magnesium, which is great for supporting strong bones and a healthy immune system. Plus, they provide a creamy base to our dip! One reason behind soaking them is that it makes them easier to digest.

Tahini

Made from ground sesame seeds, tahini is loaded with calcium and antioxidants. It’s a great source of healthy fats and adds a rich flavor to our dip.

Miso

This fermented soybean paste is not only flavorful but also full of probiotics that are good for your gut health. Miso can help boost your immune system and add a savory umami flavor to the dip.

Lemon Juice

Freshly squeezed lemon juice is not just zesty; it’s rich in vitamin C, which helps boost your immune system and support healthy skin.

Nutritional Yeast

A favorite in plant-based diets, nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor and is a fantastic source of B-vitamins that help you maintain energy levels. It’s also rich in protein and fiber.

Garlic

Garlic is a powerful plant with antibacterial and antioxidant properties. It’s known to support heart health and boost your immune defenses.

By blending these ingredients, you’re not only creating a delicious dip but also offering your body a range of nutrients to keep you feeling your best. Enjoy this wholesome snack with your favorite gluten-free oil-free crackers, sourdough bread, or some fresh raw veggies!

Optional

I added 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper. This is optional as I used it as a garnish. It adds a bit of zing to the dip. You could substitute paprika for a milder version or omit completely.
