In your Initial Consultation, we spend 60 minutes together diving into your full health picture. This is not a rushed or surface-level session. I take the time to really listen and understand what your body is trying to tell you.

Rather than isolating symptoms, I look at how your body systems are working together (or not) to get to the root of what’s going on. Here’s what I assess:

  1. Diet and Nutrition – What you’re eating, how it’s being absorbed, and how it supports or hinders your energy
  2. Digestive Health – Including symptoms like bloating, irregularity, or discomfort
  3. Endocrine Function – Your hormone balance, including cortisol, thyroid, and reproductive hormones

What You’ll Provide Before Our Session

To make the most of our time, I ask you to complete health assessments and a 4-day food journal. This gives me insight into your current nutrient intake, potential deficiencies, and lifestyle habits that could be impacting your energy and overall wellbeing.


What Happens After the Consultation?

You’ll receive a customized 90-day wellness plan that addresses what we uncover during your consultation. This plan is designed specifically for you—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

It may include:

  • Holistic nutrition guidance
  • Targeted supplement support
  • Lifestyle and stress management tools
  • Natural solutions for hormone and digestive balance
  • Recommendations for restoring energy, sleep, and focus
  • Testing Options (prognostic instead of diagnostic)

Optional Functional Testing for Deeper Insight

If needed, I may recommend optional testing to gain more clarity. These tools can provide powerful insight into what your body needs most. Testing options may include:
