Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who’s genuinely interested in natural health and wellness, especially for women looking to improve their digestive health. You should be a proactive problem-solver with a positive, service-oriented attitude, and you’re always looking for ways to make things run more smoothly. You’ll be eager to learn new tools and take on a variety of tasks to help keep our business thriving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: You’ll be the go-to person to help our clients with their questions and needs, ensuring that they feel supported and taken care of in a timely and respectful manner.
- Administrative Support: You’ll take care of behind-the-scenes tasks that help reduce our administrative workload. This gives the team more time to focus on providing our clients with excellent health guidance.
- Content Management: Help keep our website and blog fresh and engaging! You’ll enhance our content, optimize it for search engines (SEO), and make sure it reflects the heart of our work.
- Business Development: You’ll assist in promoting our events, products, and services. Plus, you’ll help identify other opportunities to serve our clients better by suggesting additional services that could benefit them.
- Living Our Values: You will be an ambassador for the values of B Renewed Wellness, contributing to a positive and supportive environment for both clients and our team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Tech Savvy: You don’t need to be an expert right away, but you should be willing to learn tools like Asana, GoHighLevel, Canva, QuickBooks, WordPress, Excel, Word, and Zoom.
- Great Communicator: You can express ideas clearly and effectively, whether by phone, email, or chat.
- Attention to Detail: This is critical for the efficacy and success of our client’s goals.
- Organized & Self-Motivated: You can juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and keep things running smoothly.
- Social Media Enthusiast: Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage and communicate.
