Oil & Vinegar Dressing
Homemade Wholegrain mustard vinaigrette by fresh ingredients

Oil & Vinegar Dressing Making your own dressing is simple: I often use: ratio of 1 part vinegar 2 parts oil (i.e. 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil with 1 tablespoon of vinegar) sprinkle in a little salt and fresh black pepper. You can use balsamic, red wine, or even brown rice vinegar. Another great dressing is lemon juice and a little agave nectar. Mix and match to find your favorite.
