A Remedy for Clarity and a Decisive Confident Mind
Fact: Your body’s physical health is interconnected and cannot be separated from your body’s mental health. One affects the other.
A large portion of my CNHP training last week focused on the emotional aspect of healing which I found absolutely fascinating. I learned about energy and frequency and specifically about Bach Flower Remedies. Our class was able to create our own remedy that addressed our personal emotional challenges. ( Making the remedies took me back to my days as a lab technician working for Bristol-Myers Squibb.) It was so much fun and empowering to learn additional ways to take charge of my health.
We learned about frequency. Every living thing has a frequency, including our brain and our body. Electrical frequency is measured in hertz (Hz). The average frequency of a healthy human body is between 62 – 78 Hz. An unhealthy person could have a frequency of around 25 and at death our frequency would obviously be zero. One key to health is to balance the frequencies that are out of harmony.
Dr. Edward Bach, M.D. and Bacteriologist from London, England, discovered the Bach Flower Remedies to alleviate “disharmonies” or negative human behavior patterns. His theory was to “treat the person and not the disease”. He also said we should “heal thyself” where he calls upon each person to take responsibility for his or her own life. He says, “reconcile the internal conflict and the disease dissipates”.
Bach classified all emotional problems into seven major groups: fear, uncertainty and indecision, insufficient interest in present circumstances, loneliness, over-sensitivity, despondency or despair, and over-concern for the welfare of others. The remedies use subtle vibrational energy to heal negative aspects of these seven types of emotional illness.
They gently help to release old blocked energies held within our body, mind and emotions. We can achieve harmony and balance to all aspects of our being through these vibrational remedies.
Bach Flower Remedies are simple mixtures of flowers, water and alcohol (preservation and disinfecting) which support every personality, attitude and negative state of mind. The remedies treat the person and not the disease. The remedies include 38 higher order plants or those with a higher vibration (energy).
Advantages of Bach Flower Remedies: Simple to make, exceptionally effective, can take externally or internally, safe for adults, children and pets.
Each of the 38 Bach Flower Remedies contains a unique quality to heal. For example, Scleranthus is the Balance Flower. This flower remedy is for those who suffer from being unable to decide between two things, first one seeming right then the other. They are usually quiet people, and bear their difficulty alone, as they are not inclined to discuss it with others.
What would a person hope to achieve by using Scleranthus? You can focus and concentrate. It helps people be more open and gives them the inner security to share their worries with others and to know their own mind. This is the remedy for mental stability, clarity, and developing a decisive confident mind. It is also useful for travel or motion sickness.
If you are ready to learn more or create your own emotional balance or “heal thyself”, please join me on Tuesday, May 3 for this interactive hands-on experience. Register here as the class size is limited to 20.
