PreBreakfast (upon awakening):
6-8 oz of purified water

B Renewed Juice Plus+ Breakfast Meal Replacement Shake:

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Juice Plus Complete whole food based drink mix
  • 8 oz unsweetened Almond, Coconut or other plant-based milk (nonGMO)
  • 1-2 c of a variety of organic greens (wild, spinach, kale, etc.)
  • 1/2 c of frozen or fresh berries
  • 1-2 T organic ground Flaxseed or gelled Chia seeds
  • 2 Juice Plus Vineyard Capsules and 2 Juice Plus Orchard Capsules: Take these as capsules or break open and add to your shake

Snack:
6-8 oz purified water
Whole Fruit (fresh or frozen,not canned) or Raw Veggies with hummus

Energizing Lunch:

Consider: Lentil Stew with side salad or Chickpea salad (find recipes on my website or ebook) on a bed of greens.

Or large salad with wild greens/spinach/kale with loads of raw cruciferous veggies, ¼-1/2 c chickpeas or black beans, or 2T (1/4c) raw/natural unsalted walnuts, almonds or sunflower seeds.

If you like seafood, add wild-caught salmon (3-4 oz) or other wild fish.

Dress with homemade dressing: 2 parts olive oil, 1 part Bragg’s apple cider vinegar and organic stevia/honey (if needed to sweeten).

Snack:
8 oz purified water.  Add 1-2 Tablespoon of gelled chia seeds if need an energy boost.

Raw vegetables or 1/4 cup Nuts or Seeds like almonds,walnuts (raw, natural not roasted or salted) or 1/2 avocado

Evening Juice Plus Complete Shake Meal Replacement:

  • 1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Juice Plus whole food based drink mix
  • 8 oz unsweetened Almond, Coconut or other plant-based milk (nonGMO)
  • 1-2 cup of greens (kale, spinach, wild greens, etc.)
  • 1/2 c of fresh or frozen berries
  • 1-2 T organic ground Flaxseed or gelled Chia seeds
  • 2 Juice Plus Garden Capsules (take as capsules or pop open and place powder in shake)

Tips and Suggestions:
Can substitute shake at lunch and have whole food, plant-based evening meal. Organic, free-range chicken and wild-caught fish (not farm raised) are also options.
If you need an evening snack consider fruit, raw veggies, salad or make a shake with ½ scoop/serving JP whole food drink mix.
